Finally!!!

Hello! Finally got through school and state board. I am know officially a real estate agent and a Realtor in my local board. I am working right now as we speak. I am so excited today is my second day! I am really proud of myself to have accomplished this...Everyone doubted that I would go though with it. But I did and passed with flying colors! So, if anyone knows someone moving to South Carolina please let me know!!!!

Career Change

Sorry it's been so long guys! Thanks for reminding me Kirstin! I have been like super busy the past week or so! I am leaving my current job to pursue a career as a real estate agent. I start school on July 10th so, I have been trying to get things organized in the office here for the next secretary. I am so excited though! The two weeks I am in school I will probably not be blogging. Maybe if you are lucky though...lol Wish me luck!

Hand Outs

So, I went and picked up my car yesterday afternoon. Man, it felt good to be back in my car. There is nothing like the confort of your own vehicle. Only now I have one brand new head light and one old one. It looks really funny but I will get over it! Now all I need to do is wash it one good time and it'll look god as new!

My broken car is now fixed!

Well, Alberto is finally outta here! I haven't seen any major damage. I know there is some flooding in some places. None directly affecting me though. Got some good news last night....my car is finally fixed! Long story short - Fiance backed into it and it has been in the shop since last week. I cannot wait to get it back. I have been driving my mother's Rodeo which isn't that bad on gas, but it isn't that good either. Also the radio started acting funny this morning. Neways, not much convo going on at work. Everyone seems to be pretty busy compared to yesterday. That's ok though, I can catch up on my soaps :) It helps the day go by! I'm out......

Three Keys and One Lock!?!?

2 Hot Topics of discussion in the workplace today:
1: Tropical Storm Alberto: Yeah, so we are going to have like lots of rain and we will be puttin up with Alberto for about 37 hours. Starting this evening, we will get rain and wind. Tornados will also be possible. I'm praying for the people in Florida. Hopefully Alberto will have some mercy on them.
2: The Drownings: What is up with all the drownings in our area? I mean come on people, don't get in the water if you can't swim! And it may be only me, but I don't go swimming by myself anyways. Only in a pool. Not in the ocean, lake or river! I mean if we just use a little common sense and think about saftey first things like this would be less common! (Oh great! This sounds like a water safety commercial!)

First blogs can make you or break you!

For my first blog I guess I will tell a lil' about myself: I am from a small town in South Carolina. About an hour from Myrtle Beach -- yes Myrtle Beach (or as we like to call it "Dirty Myrtle"). I am in love with the most wonderful man. We have been together for almost 4 years! I work in a busy real estate office full-time, but I am going to Fortune Academy in July to get my license. I sell Mary Kay on the side b/c I love make-up! I have 2 dogs, and I treat them like my kids. I don't know what I would do without them! I love going shopping with my friends, going to bars, the beach, and swimming. I would like to say that I am laid back most of the time, but sometime I get an itch to go, go, go! I <3 Wal-Mart! I can never go in there without getting more than I planned. I guess that's why they are so successful! Well, that's enough about me! More to come later......
